1. Internet: The National Association of Realtors states 72% of homebuyers use the internet to search for listings. As a featured agent your home will be the focus in the local area market.

2. I am a current member of two large Realtor networks and I will list your home with them depending on home location.
MLS Property Network: is the largest in New England and is top ten in the nation. Large MA realtor based directory with over 29,000 realtors.
Northern New England Network: a northern New England based network with a large NH and Maine realtor based directory with over 10,000 realtors.

3. Open House: You will have a minimum of 2 Showings to showcase your home to potential buyers.
After you have listed your home with me on that immediate Tuesday there will be 1 showing for all in-house Realtors to preview.
The next showing is for the Public and we can determine together what date works best for you. An additional mass email EGreeting will be sent announcing the day!

4. Electronic Lockbox: I will provide a box that allows Secured access to your home by tracking agent entry when they bring potential buyers to view.
5. Century21 Signs: I will post a FOR SALE Yard Sign immediately upon your permission with a Specification Flyer on the property.

7. Direct Mailing: When listing with me a "SELL Campaign" will begin in which I make Calls, send Flyers/Postcards, and Letters, Raffles, and more... I will do what it takes to get your home SOLD!!!
