We first met Susan at an Open House; she was friendly and very knowledgeable about both the home and the town.  (We were living in Billerica at the time, so knew very little about Tyngsboro.) When we decided to make an offer on the home, Susan was great through the whole, nerve-wracking process - very supportive and responsive.

I wanted to send a quick letter to compliment Susan Callahan on her great attitude and customer service skills throughout our home buying process.

Susan was outstanding throughout the time that we worked with her.  She was very good at finding only the homes that we would be interested in viewing, which saved us a lot of time during this busy holiday season!

She found us the perfect home (and within just a couple weekends of looking!). 

Susan promptly returned all phone calls and/or emails and quickly got answers to any questions that we had about the properties.

She was very professional and friendly and gave us personal and individual attention whenever we needed her!
